SHIPPING TIME FRAME
Typically, First Class USPS mail takes up to 4-7 business days to be delivered once it is in the carrier's hands and Priority USPS mail can take up to 1-3 business days to be delivered, but please allow 1-2 business days for packaging and handling. I suggest watching your tracking each day to make sure you know where it is at all times! Holiday seasonal shipping can be slower than usual as well with the Post Office.
Also please note if you entered your address wrong and did not get it fixed before it has been dropped off at USPS, you will be responsible for paying the additional shipping costs to create a new shipping label to ship to the correct address (from $3-$7) -
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
I am not accepting any returns or exchanges at this time. I have tested multiple products and have chosen what I believe to be the best quality items to sell.
I cannot be held responsible if your order is damaged in the mail. Once items leave my studio, they are out of my hands. I do everything I can to ensure that your goods will arrive in perfect condition! I cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. -
TURN AROUND TIME
This completely varies on whether your item is custom or a print. If you are purchasing a custom order, we will discuss my current turnaround time for your type of artwork. Print orders placed will be shipped out within 2-3 business days. Items can ship anywhere in the US. All orders are shipped via USPS.

ORDER UPDATES
I work around the clock, 6 days a week to make sure my turnaround time can be reasonable for each person. When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. The next e-mail you’ll receive from us will be when we ship your order unless something comes up - this also varies for custom orders versus print orders. Custom orders do require email conversation to ensure all details are discussed, you will then receive a shipping email once I have completed your custom painting!

CHANGE OF MIND
As a small business I use my profits to reinvest in growing my company. Running a studio takes money, and making things requires supplies that I have to pay for. As such, I ask you to consider your purchase carefully before making it because I do not do returns or refunds of any kind.

MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED
You’ll get an e-mail when I create a shipping label for your package. It will contain a tracking number, so watch for that. I send everything out with a tracking number and once it’s out of our possession, I cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages or parcels that are held up by customs. So please have a chat with USPS.
